Once you decide on the purpose of your project, choose your package so
you know how many photos to gather, and gather away. Call if you need any
help or advice.
What if I send more photos than
I actually want used, will you choose for me?
Yes! If you chose a package for only 40-50 photos,
but you sent us 60…we
can narrow down for you. Use sticky notes to specify which photos are
undecided and which are definites and we’ll do the rest.
How long does it take?
From the time we receive your materials, our normal turnaround time is
2-3 weeks. Rush orders accepted and are subject to a 15% rush fee.
Will you need to contact me during
the production period?
Sometimes, but usually very minimal
contact is needed. We do our best on the initial consult to learn all
we need to know to produce your video.
Do I get to preview my movie before
it’s finalized?
Yes! We will send you a link to a website where
you can view your preview. We allow 2 change requests before we move
to final production. And we don’t move to final production without
your OK.
Do I need to scan my original photos?
No. Professional scanning is included in all of our packages.
What if some photos are in bad
shape? Do you fix them?
We provide only basic retouching, such as red eye removal and basic
enhancement, which provides a better quality image for the screen. For
major retouching, we charge $75 an hour. In the event that one of your
submitted photos requires major retouching, we would contact you for
permission prior to providing the service.
Is it safe to ship my precious
memorabilia?
Though we cannot guarantee any shipping service, however, the companies we regularly
use and feel are reliable are FedEx and UPS. Both offer reliable tracking,
signature options, and have provided us with excellent service! Additionally,
we always tell our clients to package their photos/video properly by
using zipper plastic bags and bubble wrap or other protective support.
And, most importantly, call or email us BEFORE shipping so that we are
on the lookout for your package.
Do I get my photos back?
Yes, of course!
Do I choose the music or do you?
Can I provide you with my own music?
Either way you like it. We aim to please and provide full service to
our clients. And if you want to provide us with your own music, we are
happy to accept that as well. Just include it on the list of things you
are shipping when you complete the order form.
